for the Second International Exhibition Contest on Subject
The Artist in Art, Sofia 2011
Dear colleagues, 304 artists from 62 countries sent 753 entries for the cartoon exhibition on subject The Artist in Art, Sofia 2011.
130 entries by 99 artists from 35 countries were selected for participation.
Much to our regret, many excellent cartoonists and good friends of ours did not qualify.

sets limits for the number of the approved entries.
Thus the exhibition becomes very compact and of high quality.
It so happened that 6 entries competed for 1 place; this makes our contest a great challenge
for the cartoonists from all over the world.
We express our gratitude to all colleagues and friends, and hope we did our best to select
the most qualitative cartoons.
Later on the prizes of the Second International Exhibition – Sofia 2011
will be assigned by an international committee. You will soon be informed about its members.
